Jason Brodsky Join me at West Asheville Yoga Center for an introduction to the first series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and vigorous practice that will invigorate your mind, body and spirit! My teaching incorporates tradition, humor and grace to create an experience you won’t want to miss! My practice began when I was 24. I was overweight and suffering from sciatica bought on by hard living on the road as a touring sound engineer. Not wanting to consider surgery, (which had been recommended to me) I discovered Ashtanga Yoga and now at 36, have been pain free and so much happier with my body and overall health for many years. This practice has changed my life in so many positive ways and I look forward to sharing it with you. In addition
to teaching yoga I enjoy biking and reading, and am a gourmet vegetarian
cook who loves to read and write about food. |
