Class Schedule
All our regular classes are drop-in style.
We have all the props you will need so you don’t need to bring anything but yourself in comfortable, stretchy clothing. We welcome you to bring your own mat if you have one. Come anytime!
Mondays:

9:30am-11:30 Anusara with Deirdre 3 level **Note this is a 2 hour class again and not just a practice group. Class cost is $12-$20 for this longer class.

9:30am-10:30 Growing Together w/ Christie all level This class will run as a 6 week series beginning Wed. Feb. 17th and will be a special time for moving babies/toddlers and their parent or adult friend. You can attend the entire series for $50 or drop-in for $10 with your little one.
11:00am-12:00 Baby and Beloved w/ Christie all level **Note this class welcomes babies and their guardian/parent/ or adult friend.
