DESCRIPTIONS
we are happy to share the path of yoga with you + after a number means “and above” all: This class is designed for various levels of practitioners and modifications are given depending on levels of participants. 1: This is where your journey of yoga begins. You are a level 1 student if you've never taken a yoga class before or have only taken it a little bit. You would also do well in this class if you are very tight or haven't practiced much exercise in a while. early 2: You have taken some yoga classes or have been in the Foundations classes for a while and are ready to expand your knowledge. 2: You have taken bunches of yoga classes and practice on your own at least sometimes. 3:
You have a regular home practice. You consider yourself an experienced
yoga practitioner and want to go deeper safely.
alignment based flow a slow moving, sometimes still, class which incorporates finding the right alignment for your body in the asana. The flowing sequences build strength in the muscular system, smooth transitions via the nervous system, and freedom in the connective tissues as the movement builds natural warmth in the body. anusara:
Anusara means "flowing
with Grace," "going with the flow", and "following
your heart". Founded by John Friend in 1997, Anusara Yoga®
is a powerful hatha yoga system that unifies a Tantric philosophy
of intrinsic Goodness with the Universal Principles of AlignmentT.
Its' uplifting philosophy, epitomized by a "celebration of the
heart," looks for the good in all people and all things. Fun-loving
students of all levels of ability and yoga experience are honored

Learn the fundamentals of ashtanga practice including series a and
b sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, transitions and more!
Descriptive instruction to safely explore this challenging form of
yoga. foundations: Lots of instruction on alignment and use of props. This class is intended
to help you get yoga in your body and to learn the language of yoga. flow: A moving practice of yoga: The breath leads movement into, within, and out of the poses. Poses linked together with breath. The speed of the class is dependent on the instructor. flow with meditation: The flow is a slow moving practice with lots of breathing and longer holds than a typical flow class. The class begins with a focusing and ends with sitting, or lying, in meditation. kripalu: This practice of yoga increases flexibility, strength, and energy levels, while reducing stress and anxiety. Kripalu translates as "compassion". It is a hatha yoga practice combined with a practice of acceptance, and learning from the messages of the body¹s physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects. mommy

pre-natal: Specially designed to support mama in her journey of creation. restorative: Gentle, very slow, lots of support with props. Recharge your soul.
