Funked Up Shoulders is for you!
I designed this workshop 6 months postpartum and I am ready to share it with you! Tension tends to reside on our neck and shoulders, especially if your posture is slightly off, or you have been carrying a little one around, or staring at your phone and computer for *a little* too long. This workshop is designed to give you the tools to release tension and reduce pain.
What the class entails:
- Functional movement for the shoulders. We will look at biceps, triceps, the scapula and more!
- Strengthening for the shoulders. In order to gain length and ease in the shoulders, we need to strengthen first.
- Release! Last but not least, we will use yoga therapy balls and breath work to leave you feeling relaxed!
Props you will need:
- yoga mat
- yoga blocks (or books)
- one air filled ball
- one small ball (or tennis ball)
**Do not let the tools discourage you!** We are letting students borrow props. If you do not have them, we can help. Reach out and we will help find a way for you to get the tools you need!**
