Take some time out from your busy-ness and connect with your beloved. This class is always different and is appropriate for couple's with no experience in either yoga or tai chi. The focus of the evening is to honor and celebrate your love with breathing, massage techniques, easy yoga, basic tai chi, and gazing into the eyes of your love.
This class generally sells out so pre-registration is required.

Jan is a Certified IIQTC Qigong/Tai Chi Easy and Nia Technique teacher .

New Orleans band who put a funky, mystic twist on kirtan, the mantra music of India. Recently signed to Nettwerk/Nutone Records, home of fellow kirtan artists Krishna Das, Wah!, Jai Uttal, David Newman, and Bhagavan Das, Sean and the band deliver delightful chant music that subtly merges the spirit of yoga with the soul of their hometown.
