This is a 90 minute class of psychic updates, acupuncture and crystal bowl sound healing to relax and rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit. Join me as I dive into the astrological weather, energy shifts and channeled messages from my wise team of guides and guardians to give helpful insight for our changing world. After the download, everyone will receive the four gates acupuncture treatment to open all meridians, increase circulation and decrease pain anywhere in the body. This is great treatment for emotional issues and feelings of being trapped or stuck. A long crystal bowl sound bath will help bathe your senses in pure quartz crystal while the vibrations of the sound waves stimulate the needles. We will end the class with some light stretching and centering. There will be an intentional orb of protection around the entire group of unconditional love and a recognition of all elements and directions. Please wear cozy clothes for maximum comfort.

  • We will keep the windows open and fans on (yes, when it is cold we will still run the heat).
