🎨 “Creative Flow” Yoga Series at the Asheville Art Museum!🎨
Join us at the Asheville Art Museum for a unique yoga experience that combines the beauty of art with the power of mindful movement.
Your pass includes general museum admission (does not include special exhibits), which opens at 11am. Begin by awakening your senses through the practice of yoga from 9:30-10:30am, enjoy some time in the museum cafe from 10:30am-11am, and then explore the thought-provoking exhibits at your own pace.

📅 July 1st: “Synergy” – Explore the synergy of mind, body, and breath, drawing inspiration from the special exhibition, Altruistic Genius” on Buckminster Fuller (additional price to view this exhibit). Discover the harmonious connection within yourself. Register
📅 July 8th: “Abstract Expressionism” – Dive into intuitive movement and expressive shapes, mirroring the essence of abstract expressionism in your yoga practice. Connect with your inner artist and explore the power of spontaneous expression. Register
📅 July 15th: “Still Life” – Find balance between dynamic action and serene stillness as we explore the concept of still life. Experience a flow that incorporates held pauses, allowing you to delve into the depths of tranquility within movement. Register
📅 July 22nd: “Fluidity” – Inspired by the mesmerizing Karen LaMonte glass sculpture, this session will guide you to move like water, embodying grace and fluidity in your practice. Register
Classes will take place on the museum’s rooftop, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding Asheville scenery. In the event of rain, we will seamlessly transition into the atrium, ensuring a comfortable and inspiring space to continue the practice.
🎨 No previous yoga experience is necessary. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our series welcomes individuals of all levels, providing a safe and inclusive environment for exploration and self-expression.
