Join us to make space for the stages of your pregnancy and/or birth that your body so miraculously managed!

A Farewell to Winter Worries and a Welcome to Spring Warmth!

Join us to collectively  acknowledge the winter season, the feelings that came with slowing down, and hold space for the stages of your pregnancy and/or birth that your body so miraculously managed.

We welcome the Spring season with a community acknowledgement of the phases and seasons that came before it. A space to voice your thoughts and feelings with others who may feel similarly. A space to identify, name, and process. A space to slow down and manifest your hopes and dreams for your next stage of your birth journey during this Spring season.

In this workshop, you can expect to

  • Relax with breathing exercises, guided meditation, and Tibetan Singing Bowls
  • Journal, draw, manifest
  • Process feelings in a group setting
  • Meet other pregnant & postpartum folks
Should the Spring vibes have you feeling social, you’re invited to stay afterwards for an optional 30 minute meet and greet with other pregnant & postpartum folks. Get to know others from your community, meet new friends, or reconnect with old ones!
