Yoga Nidra is more than just a way to get better sleep. It is a potent and time-tested practice of awakening.
In each fun and relaxing workshop, you will learn how to:
* Relax your body and mind (shamanam)
* Reduce stress and anxiety (upaya)
* Increase self-awareness (sva-samvedana)
* Enhance creativity (srishti)
* Awaken inner wisdom (prajna)
Classes are full of comfort and expansion and combine guided meditation with deep relaxation so that you can resolve past trauma (samskara), overcome limiting beliefs (avidya), and create a more fulfilling life (purushartha). Vibrations of gongs and singing bowls will assist you on your journey.

July 25 The Upper Chakras: Throat, Third Eye, Crown
Working with these different chakras we will relate to different emotions and mental qualities. As the kundalini rises from the root to crown, one connects with these unique qualities intimately, reaching the supreme state of bliss.
