Join Audrey for an evening of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Restorative yoga is the use of props to create positions of comfort and ease that facilitate health and relaxation. Poses are held for prolonged periods of time, from 3 – 20 minutes. This practice can have the immediate effect of creating a calmer, more present mind, and can also have physical and psychological benefits like reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, and elevating and stabilizing mood.
This class is a great way to practice self care. Come join to reset your nervous system and start your week feeling relaxed and renewed. Advanced registration encouraged.
