Spring Yoga and Acupuncture

Slip into sweet space to connect, attune to, and support the natural cycles, seasons, and rhythms of soma (body), soil (inner & outer nature), and soul (inner being).
As the sun warms the landscapes of our inner and outer worlds, we being to unfurl and open to the growing seasons of spring and summer.
This deeply nourishing and revitalizing class will weave gentle embodied movement, restorative and reflective postures, supportive breathwork, acupuncture, and yoga nidra to support and guide you in aligning with and awakening to the embodied and emergent energy of spring.
*Please wear comfy clothes and bring your yoga mat. Props and blankets will be provided.
Perfect for those who are wanting to explore and experience the gentle and deeply generative benefits of yoga & acupuncture. This class is open to all levels of practice and experience with yoga and/or acupuncture.
Ear seeds will be available for those who would prefer not to use traditional acupuncture needles.
WAY’s regular teacher Gillian Hailey (Bloom Embodied Wellbeing) will guide the yoga, Hilary Leonzio (Living Labyrinth Wellness) will be doing the acupuncture.
