Home Practice: Seeing the Sacred in the Mundane
Because a yoga practice can influence and enrich our entire being, we can explore how to bring a sense of the sacred to the most mundane aspects of life. Through the cultivation of simple daily practices of mindfulness and compassion, we can find more spaciousness and freedom; even in the midst of carrying out our most challenging responsibilities.
This workshop is ideal for parents, caregivers, or householders who are curious about how to practice yoga and attend to their own self-care, while meeting the needs of others.
Each two-hour session will include a short reading, meditation, asana practice, and group discussion. Beginners welcome! This three-week series will meet via Zoom on Tuesday evenings 6pm-8pm; January 26 – February 9.
