Feeling ungrounded?  Angry or frustrated?  Nervous or scared?

Find yourself ruminating about old stuff you’d rather not think about any more but can’t get your mind to stop thinking about it?

Want some skills to support you in handling the rollercoaster of life?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this series is for you.

Cat Matlock will lead this 4 week series, “Yoga for Resilience” which combines:

  • a little brain science
  • simple yoga asana
  • pranayama breathing practices
  • mudra hand gestures for anxiety
  • OMing together
  • guided meditations to help you reset your nervous system

Learn how to return to, or maybe discover for the first time, your center.  Learn how to restore peace in your heart.  Learn how to build resilience so you can more easily handle the stresses of human life.

From Cat, “I’m so very happy to share these life-changing practices with you.  Get ready to fall in love with life again.”
