Welcome, summer! Join Sue Ann for a yoga mala in which you will practice 108 sun salutations. Woven throughout the practice will be intention setting, a discussion on the significance of the number 108, mindful meditations, and pranayamas (breathing practices). Tap into the auspicious energy of the summer solstice this powerful practice as you invigorate the body, open your chakras and leave you feel centered and grounded (maybe a little tired too..). The series of salutations is broken into sections with specific intention setting practices, so yes, there are breaks! All are welcome.
