Brooke's up-coming classes
Brooke Sullivan (she/her), is an E-RYT 500hr Yoga Teacher, a C-IAYT yoga therapist, initiate of the Himalayan Institute of Yoga Science + Philosophy, Tantric Herbalist, Bach + FES flower essence practitioner, and director of The Wild Temple School of Yoga + Herbal Wisdom.
She has taught programs for Yoga International, Kripalu Yoga + Meditation Centre, the SE Women’s Herbal Conference, and Worldfest (to name a few) and is one of the co-founders of HerFestival, in Maine.
With a big love for Nature, she has been running apprenticeships, retreats, and professional yoga + flower essence training programs since 2009.
In her downtime Brooke enjoys her home in the beautiful valley of the ancient ceremonial grounds of the Eastern Band of Cherokee, Asheville, NC-medicine making, cuddling Fable (her cat), writing, exploring trails + lakes and daily “motown jogging” to stay vibrant.
A retreat leader and original member (dancer, singer) of an international grammy winning band, she loves learning about diverse cultures and visiting landscapes around the world. You may find her seated at the foot of an elder, hamming it up with a taxi driver, or even under a big Willow tree, listening to their histories and lore.
A plant and yoga nerd, Brooke is inspired by Nature- the turning of the seasons, what is blooming, and how the lessons of the plants can support ones path of yoga (or any spiritual path).
Professionally she mentors people to become the best versions of themselves- in their body but also in the world. Due to this, one could add to her list of titles: ‘dharma igniter’, because it’s her firm opinion that when people are living the best, most authentic versions of themselves, this beautiful world will come back into balance.
