Celeste Vitello

Celeste (she/her) is a Florida native who started practicing yoga on a daily basis in 2006. At 26 years old she had just undergone a lot of personal healing, deep change and transformation. She was seeking more depth and authenticity in her life. She found it in yoga. Yoga was the perfect vehicle to take her deeper into her body, mind and spirit. A Yogi at heart, once she found yoga, the rest is history.

After giving birth to her daughter in 2010, she knew she wanted to teach her the Yogic way of life as she grew up. She took a 95 hour RCYT and became a kids yoga instructor. She took yoga into schools and summer camps and continued her education toward a 200 hour YTT, in the meantime.

Because of her own personal experience with yoga and how it changed her mental, emotional, spiritual and physical bodies for the better, she was inspired to teach others how to do the same. Her end goal being Moksha or liberation, for herself and others.

Celeste is a mother, Yogi and Energy Healer that lives her yoga on and off the mat. Her teaching style is in finding an intuitive way to help her students move safely through Asana. Through movement and breath she guides them in releasing pent up emotional, mental, spiritual and physical blocks and helps them get their energy flowing in a healthy way. Her classes have been called “Gentle and Strong” which might sound conflicting but somehow she is able to blend the two harmoniously. She knows that yoga has only just begun when you step off your mat and out into the world and tries to prepare her students for this.

As an Energy Healer she received her Reiki level I, II and Master degree amongst other certifications in Shamanism, Soul Retrieval, Crystal Healing and more as the years went by. She uses her intuition to connect on a deeper level with her clients. She holds an unconditionally loving presence that allows her clients to feel safe enough to heal and explore their spirit. By blending different energy healing modalities she is able to create a specific session each of her class. The goal is to help them get in touch with their true nature and empower them to work with their own intuition for personal transformation and healing. She connects with Divine guidance and grounds those energies here on earth in a practical way so her clients can heal and grow while staying present and supported. She is a bridge for those looking to do the work it takes to truly heal and elevate their mind, body and spirit. She works with Earth Magic and Reiki to assist her on her mission.

Celeste is currently working toward her 500 hour advanced YTT and is constantly learning new things to share with her students. It is her passion and privilege to serve the yoga community and the community in general and she looks forward to connecting with each and every one of her students that walk through the door.
