Jill's up-coming classes
Thanks to some major life shifts along the way, her practice transformed to a dedicated daily ritual and her whole life shifted. Yoga helped Jill through many personal challenges, both physically and mentally, and she decided to dive deeper and not only continues studying yoga, but was called to share the teachings and benefits with others. Jill’s classes are appropriate for all levels as she believes yoga is for every body. Modifications are always offered to make the postures accessible for all.
She completed a 200 hour teacher training program in 2016, a Level One Kundalini training in 2019, a 500 hour training program in 2020, and became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach in 2020. She has also studied yoga and meditation in Nepal, India, and Bali. Her thirst for knowledge continues as she regularly takes additional trainings and workshops to keep her toolbox full to help herself as well as others in their quests for health improvement. Teaching and practicing the asanas are only a small part of her path, as she truly believes in living a yogic lifestyle.
When not in the studio or on the mat, Jill can be found in the woods hiking, camping, and enjoying the gift of nature with her Service Dog, Luna Love.
