Susan Kraft
Susan Kraft (she/her) has been practicing yoga since the mid-1990s and teaching since 2006. Her teaching is informed by a life-long interest in both creative and therapeutic movement practices, including Alexander technique, Feldenkrais Method, Modern Dance and Pilates. Since her initial 500-hour training with Cyndi Lee’s OM Yoga, Susan has been exploring the interrelationship of Yoga’s 8-limbed path with Buddhist practice. She is also a certified Mindfulness Teacher through Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s two-year Teacher Training program. Other foundational trainings include two years of Embodied Anatomy with Amy Matthews and Yoga for Back Care, both with Alison West and Gary Kraftsow.
