Lillah Schwartz, ERYT 500, has more than 30 years of teaching experience. In her dynamic classes, she shares her deep knowledge of the body and the benefits of a skillful asana practice with students of all levels and abilities.

Lillah has studied with many leading instructors, including BKS Iyengar and Aadil Palkhivala. She held an Iyengar teaching certificate from 1987 to 2009.
She is the founder and director of Transformation Yoga Trainings, offering 200/500 hour registered courses with the National Yoga Alliance. She is also a registered yoga therapy school with IAYT.
The director of Lighten Up Yoga from 1981-2013, she is now part West Asheville Yoga. Lillah teaches weekly classes for novice, therapeutic, and intermediate yoga students, as well as offering private consultations.
