DESCRIPTION:Children ages three to eight are invited to move through a series of yoga postures\, imaginative sequences\, engaging breath-work\, visualizations\, and explore a variety of art mediums for making artwork that they can take home with them.   \nWe will explore yoga through movement\, restorative play\, mindfulness\, visualizations\, and self-expression. This exploration helps children increase mind and body awareness\, strength\, flexibility\, focus\, and creativity. \nThis Kids Yoga + Art pop up is “Garden” themed– children will explore a garden in their poses and art- -trees\, frogs\, seeds\, butterflies\, flowers.  \nArt and yoga supplies are provided. \n$22/child
