Virtual Mindful Meditation

Join Daniel for a 30 minute mindfulness meditation drop-in. This session will include brief sharing for contemplation followed by a group silent meditation. Open to all peoples and all bodies.

Mindfulness is defined as maintaining present moment awareness of thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and the surrounding environment all through a non-bias lens. A regular practice provides the groundwork for being more present in our bodies, our lives and our communities no matter our spiritual orientation.’
