Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and is a heart centered physical practice that interweaves the medicine of breathwork, mantra and meditation. Each practice is dedicated to using the powerful and transformational technology as taught by Yogi Bhajan to open new realms of vitality, creativity and prosperity. The gong is known to be the most sublime instrument of the yogi and will take you into a state of deep healing. While excavating the subconscious mind, the gong has the ability to clear out parts of you that are ready to be released. This practice is open to all levels, ages and abilities.
