Restorative Yoga offers a deeply nourishing experience for the nervous system as well as all other major systems of the body. Postures are held for 4-10 minutes, supported by several props and guided meditation to help the practitioner settle the mind and body into deep relaxation. Restorative yoga is an excellent way to learn and practice body-centered meditation.
