This grounding & restorative class weaves gentle movement, longer held restorative postures, and yoga nidra to unravel and dissolve accumulated stress and tension across the deeper layers of your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic body and being.
We’ll incorporate gentle breath awareness, guided imagery, and embodied inquiry to support and soothe the nervous system, creating sacred space within and around you to move toward stillness. Soften into your inner sanctuary with an extended final rest steeped in yoga nidra and soothing soundscapes.
