This 60 minute class welcomes you to explore your potential and celebrate where you are. Through mindful movement and breath, deepen your understanding of your mind, body, and spirit as we play in both softness and strength. This class is adaptive to all levels of experience with an invitation to come to your mat each practice with a Beginner’s mind. Explore alignment through contraction and expansion. Prepare to sweat and soften!
