Balance your energy from the day with Yang to Yin!  We begin by linking breath to movement, flowing through a sequence designed to get the blood moving and build our fire within.  After breath and heart rate are elevated, we will descend towards a yin practice with longer held shapes to target tight or “stuck” areas in the body.  Leave with a sense of grounding in your body, heart, and mind.
